What to Expect
- At MPT, you will work with a licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant in every aspect of patient care including evaluation, goal setting, plan of care and treatment. Your referring physician and primary care physician is also involved in the process by receiving an initial evaluation and periodic patient progress updates. This "team approach" fosters a patient-therapist relationship enhancing compliance, a positive outcome and patient satisfaction.
- We are dedicated to providing an atmosphere which promotes optimal healing. To achieve this goal, you will be evaluated by a Physical Therapist, educated on your injury or condition and made aware of your individualized treatment plan. A customized exercise program will be given to your during your visits. Individualized evaluations typically take an hour and follow-up appointments will be scheduled on half-hour increments to ensure personalized care.
