Keith B. Rohr, PT, MBA
Keith received his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in 1990. He later received his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Baltimore in 2000. Keith is currently enrolled at the University of Maryland Baltimore in the Post-Professional Doctor of Science program. He is presently studying Management of Pathological Movements.
With more than 15 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy, Keith remains diligent about staying current in his field. Keith has advanced training in Spinal and Peripheral Joint Manipulation, Strain Counterstrain, Muscle Energy Techniques, and Nervous System Mobilization. He has a special interest in orthopedics and sports-related injuries as well as industrial ergonomics.
Keith has been an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 1990. He is currently a member of the Private Practice section, a division of the APTA devoted to providing members with information and resources specifically for practitioners who are the owners or operators of private physical therapy practices.
Keith opened his second orthopedic practice, Maryland Physical Therapy, in 2003 and has since moved twice to accommodate the growing needs of his patients as well as his expanding staff. Keith takes a great deal of pride in knowing that he has fellow providers in his practice who are committed to their patients and their profession.
In his spare time, Keith is a loving husband and father, a cycling enthusiast, a gardener, a life-long learner, and a philanthropist involved in many volunteer organizations.

Laura E. DeFrancesco, PTA
Laura graduated with a BS degree in Exercise Physiology from Salisbury University in 2002 and a BA degee from Carroll Community College in Physical Therapy Assistant courses in 2004. Laura has been a valued member of our PT staff since Fall, 2005. She has recently taken courses on the injured runner, nervous system mobilization and core stability. She is an active member of The American Phyical Therapy Association. She is from Howard County and has recently purhased a home in Pasadena. She enjoys decorating, horse-back riding, playing field hockey, reading and cooking.

Eric S. Myers, PTA
Eric joined our MPT staff in December 2006 with a special interest in outpatient orthopaedics. In 1994 he graduated from Dundalk Community College with an AA in Physical Fitness Technology. To further his education, Eric attended Alvernia College and earned an AS in Physical Therapy Assistant. Eric has continued his studies by completing advanced training courses in Myofascial Release and Maitland Spine and Extremities. He enjoys playing baseball and weight training. He has a son and lives in Baltimore.

Karl Krantz, PT
Karl graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore Physical Therapy School in 2000 with a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy. Since graduation, Karl has been working as a physical therapist in the outpatient setting. He is currently working on his Certification in Manual Therapy and his professional interests include sports medicine, headache/TMJ dysfunction and vestibular dysfunction. Karl is married, has a son and lives in nearby Ellicott City. Karl enjoys playing tennis and golf.

Reed Kroncke, MPT
Reed earned his Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland after receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Davis and Elkins College. He enjoys working with all types of patients and has a particular interest in orthopedic physical therapy.
To stay abreast of current therapy techniques, Reed regularly takes continuing education classes focused on effective treatment techniques of the orthopedic outpatient population. He is currently working towards certification in Orthopedic Manual Therapy and Maitland Techniques. Reed has many other interests including swimming, competing in triathlons and playing and collecting guitars. He is a member of United States Masters Swimming, is married with two children and an English Bulldog and lives locally in Severna Park.
